Robert David Baker is a civil litigation, employment, immigration, and criminal lawyer. He founded his firm, Law Office of Robert David Baker, Inc., in April 1986. Attorney Robert David Baker represents civil litigants, immigrants, and employees  throughout Northern California. He also represents clients in appeals in these areas.

A graduate of Iowa State University (Mathematics) and the University of Santa Clara Law School (Juris Doctor), Robert Baker has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts in the areas of civil litigation, employment law (including wage and hour law, representation of union members, racial and national origin discrimination, gender discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, and all other forms of prohibited discrimination), immigration law, and criminal defense. Robert David Baker has practiced in the state and federal courts at every level, from the Superior Courts of California to the California Supreme Court, and the Federal District and Appellate Courts of California.
